We look forward to haunting you on October 6. This is a week earlier this year due to a Council-wide event on our usual weekend.

Pardon the neatness while we move into our new fright site. We will be working to get the cobwebs hung, the brooms in the closet, and the ghosts in their new haunting places. We'll be adding our flyer and forms soon. Please check back.

This is a good question. Since visitors vary a lot in what they find scary, we have a rating system for the fright sites at Spookamaga. The map which is given to each visitor will have a description of each site and ranking from 0 - 4 ghosts. Non-scary sites are 0 ghosts. Very scary sites have 4 ghosts. We try to have something for everyone. Visitors get to pick which sites they wish to visit so if any site seems too scary, just continue on to another one. In addition, the darkness factor usually comes into play. Daytime is generally much less scary than after dark. Since the date for Spookamaga is early this year sunset time is a bit later than in the past (6:45 PM). We encourage the younger visitors to come early so they can have plenty of time for fun before dark. The hayride, snacks, and being out at camp on a beautiful fall day are lots of fun. We look forward to seeing you and all of the visitors at Spookamaga in just a few weeks!
