			Camp Spookamaga is your opportunity to imagine, design, and create a Halloween-themed activity.  It could be anything from telling stories around a campfire to running a haunted house.  The only limits are your imagination and the safety of everyone.  Don't want to dream up a whole site?  Spooks are also needed to create a character and haunt the trails. Younger Girl Scout troops and their families will come to Camp Spookamaga on Saturday to creep through the haunted camp, view and participate, be frightened (or not so frightened), and have fun while being thrilled and chilled by your fright or slight fright site. The Witches Crew will have a few hauntings of their own … hayrides, a spooky tunnel, flying ghosts, and treats.  Visitors may even glimpse the Lady of Lakamaga! You may decide as a troop to either come on Friday evening to begin setting up, join us for a fire, snack, and hayride and stay overnight or arrive early on Saturday morning and stay to closing. The Award Celebration on Saturday evening is a good chance to congratulate each other on your success.  Two troops will be chosen "Ghoul Scouts of the Year" and receive a $50.00 prize to use toward their next adventure.  We hope you’ll stay the entire weekend! The guest admission fee will cover all camp rental fees.  If you decide to hand out treats to your guests, please remember that it will be your financial responsibility to provide them.  Please do not include gum in your handouts.  Each troop is responsible for clean-up of their own site.  Clean-up at night is difficult so we prefer that you wait until Sunday morning. The Witches Crew appreciates your help with this - they have much of their own clean-up to do. Both fright site space and overnight space is available on a first-come, first-served basis so get your registration in early.  Deadline: October 1 Are you as excited as we are?
